Where family and home come together.

01 / Story

Our story

Build | Develop | Invest · Est. 2012

Established in 2012, Kin Properties Ltd. is a BC real estate developer and builder focused on the Lower Mainland.

Our approach starts with family. From the plans we develop to the materials we choose, we keep one question in front of us.

We aim to build homes that work for everyday life, with thoughtful design and attention to quality.

03 / Approach

Our approach

We take responsibility for what we build and how we build it.

01

Accountability and reliability

We value clear communication, transparency and follow-through. We take responsibility for our work and the commitments we make.

02

Sustainability

We choose energy-efficient systems and durable materials. We consider how our homes will perform and be cared for over time.

03

Innovation for modern living

Thoughtful layouts and practical features help homes work for everyday family life. We look for better ways to design and build.

04

Craftsmanship and detail

We pay attention to materials, finishes and the details that bring a home together. Quality matters in what you see and what you don’t.

04 / Community

Building community

Building community means more than putting up buildings.

It means creating opportunities for neighbours to meet, working with local partners and being present in the neighbourhoods we build in. Homeowner events and local connections are part of that approach.
