Kin Properties Ltd. is a BC real estate developer and builder. This policy explains how we handle personal information under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's PIPEDA.

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number and postal code, when you register, ask a question or request service.
• Homeowner details, such as your home address, purchase documents and repair requests, when you use the homeowner portal.
• Basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the website working and secure.

• To answer your questions and share information about our communities.
• To manage registrations, purchases, warranty and homeowner care.
• To send updates you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people who help us serve you, such as sales partners, warranty providers, trades and service providers, and only as needed for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards. Some of our service providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
